Booking confirmation — A booking is confirmed only after payment is received.
Advance payment (50%) — Your slot is held; the remaining balance is collected at the venue before play begins.
Cancellation — 100% refund if cancelled 24+ hours before the slot; 50% refund between 24 hrs and 3 hrs before; no refund within 3 hrs of the slot or for a no-show.
Coupons — One coupon per booking, no combining, and admin can revoke a coupon at any time.
Venue conduct — Players must follow the centre's rules. Misconduct may result in account suspension.
Force majeure — Drive or Kick may cancel for school events, maintenance, or force majeure. In all such cases a full refund is issued.
Code of conduct (zero tolerance) — Drive or Kick reserves the right to cancel any booking and ban the user account if any of the following is found at the venue: consumption of alcohol, smoking or use of tobacco/cigarettes, use of drugs or any controlled substances, any form of gambling, rowdy or violent behaviour, damage to school or turf property, or any other activity that violates school premises rules or applicable law. No refund will be issued in such cases.
Consent — By registering, you give Drive or Kick consent to collect, store, and use your personal information for operating the platform, sending booking confirmations, WhatsApp updates, and improving services.
